Meet & assist
On your arrival our agents can assist you with all processes right from the moment you land to getting into your chauffeur driven car. One of our representatives will meet you at the aero bridge and escort you through the terminal to your waiting chauffeur, providing full assistance with immigration, customs and if required, will organise baggage porters.
The departures service is designed to whisk you through the airport with the minimum of fuss and delay. You will be met at the kerbside as you alight from your vehicle and fast-tracked through airport procedures, escorted to the lounge and then to the aircraft gate.
VIP Airport collection/departure service
On arrival our team will be waiting for you to step off the aircraft where you will be chauffeur driven by luxury car to your private lounge. Whilst you unwind, our team will assist with the immigration formalities and collect your luggage. Once completed your chauffeur will take you to your desired location.
When departing you will arrive at a dedicated secure entrance of the airport where you will be escorted to your private lounge. All the security procedures and airport formalities are carried out while you relax, work or spend time with your guests in your private lounge. Once the flight is ready you will be chauffeur driven directly to the aircraft.
Security
We have the necessary resources to meet the demanding requirements of Embassies, Consulates and VIP’s worldwide. Our experienced security officers are all from specialised military or police backgrounds and are licensed, vetted and trained in all aspects of telecommunications, first aid, close protection and residential security. We will carry out a risk assessment, establish threat levels and advise on requirements. If the situation demands we can provide luxury armoured vehicles and support transportation.
Luggage vans
Whilst primarily for transporting your luggage, our vans can be utilised to fulfil any consignment delivery request you have. All vans late model vehicles and are finished in metallic gunmetal grey.
